Thank you for all your help along the way it was most appreciated. The lads did a great job knocking out the walls , and placing RSJ’s in . The plasterer came around on Friday , and again early on Sunday as promised to put the icing on the cake as they say, and he didn’t let you down with the finished job is wonderful. I have never had anything done like this before so it was all a bit of a worry at first but now its all done it all seems very worth while as the work has transformed the house. Congratulations on having such a dedicated team, and if i need some more alterations doing Chambers Construction will be my very first choice.

Chambers construction were employed as both sub-contractors and main contractors for 2 recent projects. One project was a character conversion of a Victorian premises into residential use (4 houses) in central Worcester, the other a new build on the side of the Malvern Hills. Sam’s team did not at any point be apprehensive about the challenges faced for both sites, and undertook their duties with great skill and care. Being carpentry led, boasting ground works and brickwork too was a great asset to my projects, and Sam’s project management skills assisted greatly in the running of the projects. Finally, their attention to site health and safety is second to none, and all of his team are attentive to site spot checks, induction and ensuring a healthy working environment. I will be continuing to use Chambers Construction for all future projects, and would recommend them to anyone, what ever scale the project!

My wife and I are so glad that Sam Chambers was able to build our extension. He and his men worked very quickly and carefully throughout the project and Sam organised each phase with great efficiency. Having had work on our house done in the past we were aware just how stressful the process can be. I think it is fair to say that Chambers Construction minimised our worries through their ability and willingness to communicate and the evident care and quality of their work.

Excellent work. Fitted a full kitchen to a high level of finish. Always consulted at every stage of the work being carried out. Sam and his team were a pleasure to have in our home carrying out the job, polite, considerate and take pride in their work. No hesitations in recommending Sam and Chambers Construction, in fact before leaving we had already requested them to carry out further jobs.

Within days of placing the job on mybuilder, Sam had been in touch, come around to survey the job and had prepared a quotation against a set of plans and specification.

The quotation – This was incredibly clear and well laid out, detailing what was included and putting notes in where things needed to be considered or had not been included (some of the decorating we were completing ourselves, kitchen was by others for no other reason than we had already chosen it); after a couple of brief conversations we settled on a spec and price which compared favourably with the market.

The works – considering this took place during the pandemic; the works started a week before we thought they would and progressed at a regular pace all the way through. Sam is a very good communicator, has the ability to come up with good ideas and has a polite team of directly employed labour and reliable sub contractors on whom he calls.

The outcome – A project that was delivered on budget and on time taking into account supply issues on the windows and doors (okay, it was a bit late but he let us know why and how things were progressing all the way – it was Covid related).

I don’t think we could have found anyone better to complete our project; we are really pleased with outcome. We have already recommended Chambers construction to friends and are hoping they will be back soon to complete other works for us.

We hired Chambers Construction to build our extension. They have just completed the work and the quality is faultless.

Sam and his team kept us informed of the work that was being done daily. All of the team were very conscientious and considerate, keeping the site tidy and safe throughout.

When the work was completed, they cleaned our driveway and made sure we were completely happy with every aspect of the job.

The work was also completed to budget. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in future.

We were very pleased with Chamber’s work. Having engaged various builders in the past Sam was definitely the best yet. He consults about everything, has great ideas and is clear about costs throughout. He is tidy too and made a big effort to keep the mess down. If he is unable to work on a particular day he will let you know in advance. Work looks to be good quality too. We will use Chambers Construction again.

From our initial meeting it was quite obvious that Sam was very enthusiastic & passionate about his work. This more than showed in the execution of our garage conversion. Every tradesman involved in the project was of the highest standard, all completing their parts to a fantastic finish. Working on our ground floor extension, removing and installing our new kitchen – my husband and I can’t recommend Sam and his team highly enough who time and time again went beyond their job remit to make sure our project ran as smoothly as possible. Sam was instrumental in the running of our extension from start to finish, working with us closely to ensure the project ran as we had hoped. Onsite most days (and if not leaving the project in very capable hands), Sam was always on the end of the phone if we wanted to discuss anything. We are delighted with our loft conversion. Sam and his team were polite, efficient and incredibly tidy. They even vacuumed every evening! We chose Chambers Construction, not only because Sam’s quote was the most competitive, but also because as soon as we met him we knew he was someone we could work with. First impressions were right and Sam has been great at turning all our ideas into practical, working solutions. He has been patient and accommodating, with nothing too much trouble. We cannot recommend Chambers Construction more highly. We, and all who have seen the work, have been truly impressed with the high quality workmanship and we would definitely use Sam again in the future.

We had thought that renovating our barn conversion whilst continuing to work and look after 3 kids under 6 would be there most stressful thing we could do – but then we were lucky enough to secure Chambers Construction to do the work for us, and we never looked back!

Sam and his team were enthusiastic and friendly from the outset. He is clearly passionate about the work he does and it shines through in every interaction. The communication from Sam, from the initial enquiry, through the build and right to the very last job was timely, articulate and friendly. Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and family room area. The work has transformed the area and its now my favourite part of the house . We practically live in the area – to cook, relax, dine formally and informally . Never stopped smiling since the work was finished.
